Meet the 4 judges.
Every nominee is scored by four independent judges. Each judge owns one category on a 0–10 scale, and the four scores join the Host Mark to form the 50% panel half of the total mark.

How the panel's 50% is calculated
Each judge submits their score independently and cannot see the other judges' marks. The four category scores (each out of 10) sum to 40% of a nominee's total mark. The Host Mark at the door adds another 10%, giving the panel a combined 50%. The remaining 50% comes from Paid Votes.
