Auditions
Two days of auditions at YMCA Hall, Nyeri Town. 4 minutes on stage. 4 judges scoring out of 10. Only the top scorers move to the Quarter Finals. Live on GTN TV.
Quarter Finals
Three-night knockout. Judge scores plus paid votes decide who moves on to the Semi Finals.
Semi Finals
Three nights of Semi Finals. Only the top 10 nominees in each category advance to the Grand Final.
Grand Final
Two nights of finals. The top 5 finalists walk away with sponsorships and national exposure.
